Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
OHMYBROW is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
OHMYBROW is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The product was purchased in the last 15 days
The product is in its original packaging
The product isn’t used or damaged
You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from OHMYBROW.
Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular-price items can be refunded.
